Exquisite heat insulation
The heat conductivity parameter defines the capacity of the window to let in and out heat – something which determines how big our heating bills are. The smaller this parameter is, the smaller the heat losses through the window will be. It is important to know that the quotients of thermal emissivity of the walls on the one hand and the windows and doors on the other hand, have to be equalized. Water resistance
These are the parameters that show the level of protection the window provides when it is raining outside. The testing of KBE profiles, and the respective quality certificates issued, show that water cannot penetrate.

Air conductivity

The KBE experts have developed a special ventilation system called "KBE-REGEL-air" which allows natural circulation of air without forming unwanted air currents harmful to our health. It is a system which takes care of the healthy climate in our home even when we are out. It has a 2-grade scale air flow. It regulates moisture in the rooms and minimizes to zero the risk of mould formation! 

Strength of corners (weldings)
The KBE plant has its own laboratory where the strength of weldings is tested once a day. The testing is done on a special stand. The European welding standard is 3, 700 Newtons. The KBE profiles have the yield strength of 4, 700 Newtons, which is much higher than the European norms.

Strength of profile
The basic component which provides the strength and resilience of the profile against UV rays is titanium dioxide. When this component is missing or insufficient, the profile cracks and gets yellow. You cannot make a chemical analysis of the profile in your home, of course. This is why a thoughtful person does not save money when investing long term because the cheap now is expensive tomorrow. To eliminate this problem we advise you to require the respective quality certificates, as well as all the documents verifying the profile’s origin.

Higher burglary resistance
The windows with KBE-70-mm profile (5-chamber) make your home better protected against burglary because the profile allows the installation of a casing with additional protection due to the greater depth of the installation fillister – the rebate of the wing.


Ecologically clean lead-free product
The chemical stabilizer on a calcium-zinc basis used in the production guarantees a healthy lifestyle, avoiding the use of lead, keeping the strength and durability of the profile. The latest 88-mm system is characterized by lead-free-greenline stabilizers in the new material, as well as by a higher share of recycled materials in the nucleus of the profile, which is PROFINE’s contribution to the protection of the environment.

Protection and certificates for quality
The KBE profile has more than 25 certificates for quality. The production of profiles is continuously controlled by national and international testing institutions. Each KBE profile has a protection marking which gives the date, time and the unit which produced the profile. KBE does not use “Eastern” or “Western” standards, nor does it have secondary plants in other countries. The profiles are produced only in Berlin and are directly imported to the respective producer-firm. In this way, the correspondences between the PVC and the strengthened profiles can be traced, which guarantees the quality of the final product.

Economy
Economy is a special plus of the KBE-system windows. They are durable, resilient to atmospheric effects, easy to maintain and use. You need not paint or lacquer them.
